Ugh…

I still have shingles.  They hurt.  The pain is unimaginable and I have a pretty good pain threshold, years of migraines.  However, I have reached that stage where they hurt enough, it is about all I can think about.  I am trying to find intense tasks to catch my attention.  I tried writing, but my characters ended up getting shingles just so I could vent what it felt like.  I decided that was really crappy, so I deleted it and stopped trying to put down words.

My NaNoWriMo might have been side-lined by shingles.  I doubt I’m going to make my goal this year.

  1. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but Shingles doesn’t go away fast…my mom had hers for almost a month …..hope you feel better soon and perhaps you can give one of the characters a different illness…
