Knots in My Stomach

I awoke this morning with knots in my stomach.  Nervous?  Yes.  Today, I have to go tell someone I can’t do what they want me to do.  Aside from the general anxiety disorder that keeps me slightly nervous all the time, I hate letting people down.

And I feel like that is exactly what I will be doing.  I have to go tell my boss (I work 10 hours a week for a non-profit), that I can’t do a task she asked me to do.  It makes me feel ill and it makes me really not want to go into work today.

On the flip side, I may not be there but 20 minutes today as a result.  Who knows?  I guess that would give me more time to write.
