NaNoWriMo Day 1

I started at midnight and worked for about an hour last night, netting 3,000 words.  Not a bad start to National Novel Writing Month.

The good news, I’m writing Dark Legacies for NaNo this year.  I’m hoping the pressure will make it easier for me to finish.  Dark Cotillion, Tortured Dreams & The Dysfunctional Affair were all NaNo novels.  I started over on it and it seems to be flowing better.  We will just have to wait and see what happens…

I’m sleepy today.  Up too late last night and even after I dragged my tired carcass into my nice memory foam bed, my brain still whirled and churned, keeping me from sleeping very well.  Today will be a “nap day.”

Expected publish date for Dark Legacies is February 2014.  I had to scale back my writing schedule next year, by a little bit.  And I found a new editor that I think is going to work out really well.  *Fingers Crossed*
