October & April? And The Writer’s Curse? An Idea?

I have no clue why I am up at 6 am. I was cold, that much I know. But I wasn’t sleeping very well to begin with. I don’t know if this is an extension of the writer’s curse or something else. It could be that waiting on Dark Resurrections is getting to me. I am not a patient person.

Or it could be that as of late, I have been thinking of ways to market all the writers in my novelists group. Trying to appeal to a local group of readers. Using my successes to help when they are ready to put words into print. Everything is more powerful when driven by a group. The ideas are still rough though and I am not sure the best way to go about it. But it has been on my mind often.

I am struggling with my own brain over Elysium Dreams and I have yet to start the next Strachan novel. Both are on my must-do list for this week.

Also, I know books do not sell well in October. This has been an industry problem since time immemorial. Does the same hold true for April? My sales this month have hit a low that I haven’t seen since October. Even publishing didn’t help. I keep searching for answers to that question and coming up with nothing.
