The Morning Edition

Three days in and my book tour had a hiccup.  Yesterday’s post didn’t happen.  I don’t know why.  Today’s did though, so I’m glad that the bloggers are moving right along with it.

I was snowed in for two days.  I find it very hard to write when I am at home.  Too much going on, people coming in and out and then the disaster at my SO’s that brought him home from work early.  He prefers me not to write when he is home…

So for two days, I accomplished very little.  Today though, I’m back in my studio.  I have soda, some background noise and the lights are on.  This means I’m almost primed to start writing again.

Of course, I’m not.  I’m going through one last reading session of Tortured Dreams.  Fun stuff.  I have never gotten this tired of my own work, but once bitten… The beta readers finished, the copy editor finished, but after being burned by the copy editor I was using, I just don’t trust that it is “finished”.  So, one last reading.  I think everything has been caught at this point, but I don’t want to leave it to chance.

Ok, off to start the day…
